Christine attended Osgoode Hall Law school, graduating in 1991. She conducts complex commercial, municipal and estate litigation at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal. For many years Christine was the General Editor of the Municipal Liability Risk Management Newsletter and a contributing author of the looseleaf text The Law of Municipal Liability in Canada. She has acted for many municipalities throughout Ontario both large and small on issues including: police liability; building department negligence; environmental liability including sewer back-ups, storm water management, oil and chemical spills; occupier's liability; and road and sidewalk liability, to name a few. She also provides risk management advice to municipalities on issues arising from regulating Uber to signage for recreational trails and toboggan hills. She has acted for Ontario insurers of municipalities, directly for municipalities  on contract drafting for waste management  and Clean Water related issues  She has appeared before the Ontario Land Tribunal on planning  issues. Christine has also acted for  Ontario and  Quebec insurers  on disability  claims.  She has acted for individuals and corporations on complex litigation issues including  fraud, Mareva injunctions and Norwich orders and commercial lease litigation including  distraint.  She also practices estate litigation involving complex estate and trust issues .Il lui fait aussi plaisir d'offrir ses services en français.
